Have anxiety? You’re not alone, and you might even have higher intelligence.
Today, a new app Anxiety Reliever has been released for the use on IOS and Android devices.
The app is designed to help sufferers of anxiety to feel better by providing calming audio sessions, helpful tips, insightful anxiety tracker, supportive messages and safe, caring space.
Anxiety disorders are one of the most common mental health complaints in the country, and the numbers continue to rise.
Anxiety Reliever was developed to help those living with all types of anxiety, whether it’s Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Phobia, Social Anxiety and Panic Disorder. Used daily, the app can assist in overcoming severe anxiety, managing mild anxiety, and to live a more peaceful, stress-free life.
Developer Madeline Fedorova suffered from anxiety herself and found relief. This inspired her to bring her learnings to life in the form of an easy-to-use app that aims to get to the root of each individual’s experience and track their progress in recovering.
“I suffered from severe anxiety for a very long time,” explains Anxiety Reliever app creator Madeline Fedorova.
“Anxiety Reliever was inspired by a set of principles I created to help myself get through some of the toughest times. After overcoming anxiety, I became inspired to share what I’d learned to help others who are suffering from anxiety.”
Anxiety Reliever’s tools include:
The tracker is designed to be a daily tool to help users understand their anxiety triggers and notice the progress. When data is gathered a more thoughtful analysis of the mental state and stress levels can be made.
A collection of calming audio sessions will guide users through an anxiety attack. Users are encouraged to listen to these recordings whenever they’re feeling anxious, stressed, worried or need support and encouragement.
Tips explain how to handle anxiety, stress and difficult emotions.
Users will receive positive and uplifting messages from the Anxiety Reliever team to support them during the hard or challenging times. The creator of Anxiety Reliever believes that kind and loving words have the power to change a person’s day!
Please keep in mind that Anxiety Reliever is not a medical app and is not a substitute for professional medical help.
